Welcome new team members pictured left to right, Rachel Gropper (in blue) and Reann Gibson.
This summer we were pleased to welcome two new members to our team. Representing Franklin and Pierce counties, our new colleagues are strengthening our ability to reach and serve the communities we are accountable to. From keeping our Pasco office location welcoming for team members and community organizations to managing research projects that make actionable information available, we are honored to have their talents on our team. Read on to meet our new colleagues and visit the hyperlinks for each person to read their story.
Rachel Gropper (she/her) is an Administrative Associate based in our Pasco office, overseeing the daily office functioning, assisting with project and vendor management, and providing administrative support for the operations team. Loyal, optimistic, and compassionate, Rachel brings extensive experience in hospitality and guest services to her role. She is proud of her Tejana and Mexican-American culture and heritage, sharing it with her children and community. Dedicated to her Tri-Cities community, Rachel is a volunteer for Catholic Family Child Services and Team Read.
Reann Gibson (she/her/they/them) is based out of Pierce county and joins us as Research Manager, executing Inatai Foundation’s research strategy and building relationships with communities to develop actionable information that builds community power. Based in Pierce County, they come to Inatai with a background in managing processes that uplift community needs and voice. They have deep connections to the Black and queer communities in Tacoma. Thoughtful, playful, and collaborative, Reann is an avid gardener and steward of Charlotte’s Blueberry Park.
