Hannah Marshall (she/her) is a Grantmaking Operations Program Manager for Inatai Foundation based in Douglas County. She oversees the daily operations for the foundation’s grantmaking activities. Hannah brings years of experience in project management and operational support to Inatai. Previously, she was the Practice Transformation Lead at Upstream USA where she led projects and managed relationships to ensure patients nationwide had access to equitable, patient-centered contraceptive care.
Hannah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Human Development and holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management. A proud member of the Shawnee Tribe and Cherokee Nation, Hannah credits her Indigenous heritage with shaping who she is today and how she connects to her community. She supports her community as a volunteer crisis counselor for the Crisis Text Line and coaches the Chelan Valley Special Olympics team.
