Lace Lawrence (she/her) is a Program Officer on the Grantmaking team at Inatai Foundation. In this role, she cultivates relationships with community leaders and grassroots organizations across the state to ensure the priorities of the foundation and communities we are accountable to are aligned. As a Program Officer, she is also the primary point of contact for several Inatai Foundation grant recipients to provide resources and support to organizations building community power and advancing racial justice. Lace is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Laced Together and brings nearly 20 years of experience in supporting nonprofits, securing funding, and building inclusive systems within various organizations.
Lace grew up in the Yakima Valley and now calls Kittitas County her home. She’s a proud alumna of Washington State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in communication. Lace is a voracious reader and avid explorer of the outdoors, especially when it comes to skiing, biking, hiking, and paddling. In her leisure time, Lace finds joy in traveling, doing crosswords, and various creative endeavors that range from writing poetry and prose to basket weaving, and other forms of art.
