As policy and advocacy manager, Myle manages the routine functions of the policy and advocacy team, including several responsibilities connected to the foundation’s local, state, and federal policy strategies and priorities. She’s adamant about centering people and communities most impacted by issues that organizations seek to serve.

Myle has extensive experience working in state government, first as legislative aide before working in the Department of Commerce and the Criminal Justice Training Commission. Most recently, she was the equity and engagement manager for a community development consultant and was responsible for leading the overall racial equity strategy for the team.

She was born and raised in Tacoma, where she currently resides. She enjoys hiking, visiting museums, and attending Indigenous ceremonies.
