Lizbeth Rivera Estrada is a program associate on the Strategy & Impact team at Inatai Foundation. She provides administrative, relationship-building, research, and strategy support alongside senior program officers responsible for targeted support funding. Prior to joining Inatai, Lizbeth worked at Columbia Legal Services as an Advocacy and Community Engagement Specialist where she helped advance the organization’s work with communities to advance racial justice through impact litigation and legislative advocacy.
Lizbeth is a co-founder of Parque Padrinos, a park stewardship group for and by residents of South Wenatchee in a predominantly Latino neighborhood that successfully mobilized to design and remodel their local park and now offers culturally relevant community programming. They also serve as a Cultural Leadership Fellowship Ambassador for Scholarship Fund to build cross-cultural connections for undocumented leaders. Lizbeth resides in Chelan where she enjoys tending to their garden and spending time with her family.
