Alieu Samateh joins Inatai Foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Washington Tacoma. As an IT Service Desk Associate, Alieu provides technical support and assistance for remote team members located across the state and at the Seattle and Pasco offices.
Prior to joining Inatai, Alieu was a Service Desk Technician for Seitel Systems providing help desk support to a variety of organizations. Before working at Seitel, Alieu served as a Digital Navigator for Goodwill Connect, helping community members sharpen their digital literacy with free laptop distribution and one-on-one tech support.
When he’s not at Inatai, Alieu teaches web development courses with MindSight Mentors and is an active volunteer with the Islamic Center of Puget Sound. A proud member of the Gambian community and Mandinka tribe, Alieu enjoys attending cultural events and has taught himself to speak Mandinka to connect more deeply with his family abroad. When he’s not sharing his talents with his community, Alieu enjoys working out at the gym, spending time with friends, and trying new foods.
