As a Program Associate at Inatai Foundation, Tashia DeLaCruz-Arnold provides support for the foundation’s various grant portfolios, ensuring they are on track to achieve their goals. In this role, Tashia builds timelines, manages calendars and tasks, and provides general team support.

Tashia attended university to become a teacher and earned her bachelor’s degree from Washington State University. She continued her studies at Clemson University, achieving a master’s degree in youth development leadership. It was through her higher education journey where she honed her passion and skills to create equitable environments for Indigenous youth across the country. Tashia brings 10 years of experience in grant writing, reporting, program development, and project management to Inatai Foundation.
