As a Strategy & Impact Associate, Zinzi provides administrative, project management, and strategy support to the foundation’s Strategy & Impact (S&I) team. Zinzi brings over a decade of experience in community engagement working with health and education organizations in South Africa and in Washington. Most recently, she was the Assistant Director of the Center for Community Engagement at Gonzaga University, where she was responsible for leading the center’s efforts to connect students and employees to the community through a variety of engagement programs, activities, and partnerships.  

Zinzi earned her Bachelor of Social Science from Rhodes University. Zinzi proudly identifies as both a South African and Washingtonian, and currently lives in Spokane with her husband and two children. She enjoys doing family-friendly activities around Spokane, including hiking, biking, and exploring the various gardens found throughout the city.
