As Inatai Foundation’s new Human Resources Associate, Vishal Nair (he/him/his) supports the functions of the Human Resources team, including recruitment and hiring, operations, employee benefits, and employee requests. He also provides project coordination support for departmental priorities and helps drive a positive organizational culture for Inatai team members.

Prior to joining Inatai, Vishal was an Education Coordinator at iQ Credit Union, where he led seven credit union branches, created marketing campaigns, and collaborated directly with high school students learning financial literacy. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a Professional Sales certificate from Washington State University Vancouver.

Drawing on his background in community impact work, Vishal is driven to create open and honest dialogues, providing resources and guidance to help others embrace their authentic selves. As a queer Fijian American and mental health advocate, he is deeply committed to bringing the perspective gained from his personal advocacy to his role at Inatai. When not at work, Vishal enjoys spending time with Delilah, his tabby cat.
