Adelina Solís joined Inatai Foundation’s growing team as a Grants and Data Administrator and later became Grants Manager. She conducts grantmaking operations for several portfolios and leads large-scale grantmaking data analysis projects. Adelina has a passion for building quality processes that improve the experience for fellow team members and community partners alike.
Prior to joining Inatai, Adelina spent 14 years primarily working in the nonprofit sector, including a role as the Grantee Network Manager for the Washington New Americans program at OneAmerica, a Washington-based nonprofit dedicated to building power in immigrant and refugee communities.
Adelina attended Scripps College in California where she earned a degree in linguistics. After graduating, she spent a year teaching English in Vietnam through the Fulbright Program. She fills her personal time with a wide variety of hobbies, enjoying good food, several crafts, spending time outdoors, and reading.
