Brandy Dukes serves as the Vice President of Operations & Administration at Inatai Foundation, where she oversees Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, and Operations. In this role, she seeks to strengthen service-oriented leadership, increase transparency, and deepen the culture of trust at the foundation.
Over the course of her time working in strategy and operations in various healthcare systems, she gained extensive experience as a project manager. Previously, Brandy spent the past decade of her career at MultiCare Health System, where she began as an I.T. Project Manager and most recently served as the Associate Vice President of Portfolio Management and Business Operations. In this role, Brandy executed MultiCare’s strategic portfolio, built and steered a scalable change management program, and led initiatives to ensure equitable patient care.
Brandy lives in Tacoma with her two children and husband. She is an advocate for women’s and children’s empowerment and volunteers at events and children’s hospitals throughout Washington. She is an avid foodie, and enjoys exploring the state’s trails and dining at local Italian and seafood restaurants. She holds an MBA from Benedictine University and a bachelor’s degree in English from Illinois State University.
