Salsa De La Vida is a Latinx Promotora-led and serving farming and economic development project at Marra Farm in Seattle’s South Park area. The project is a social enterprise food cooperative for growing vegetables and herbs. With access to low-cost, organic produce, members operate cooperative food businesses while increasing their knowledge of the local food system, organic growing practices, and nutrition.
