Focused on the well-being of residents of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, and Republic of Palau who are living in Washington under a Compact of Free Association (COFA). Long-term goals are for COFA citizens to live healthy, sustainable lives and provide leadership and representation in the state’s cultural and governmental institutions.
